With a vision of a restaurant focused on cooking the freshest ingredients, served up fast and with the friendliest service around, Stephen Johnson and Brian Dahl opened Kirby’s Korner back in 1993. Named after Brian’s father, Kirby Dahl, the two men worked tirelessly every day to serve their community the Best Burgers in Texas. With personalities as great as their work ethic, they were destined for success. Ask anyone around Seguin and they probably know Brian and Steve, and Brian and Steve know them. It was the food that got people to going to Kirby’s, but there’s a good chance they went back because of the duo.
